H.E. Mr. Amre Moussa The international diplomacy and cooperation fora witnessed a few memorable figures that can be called extraordinary eminent persons. Amr Mousa is one of them.

His role, as a former Secretary General of the League of Arab States and as a former Foreign Minister of Egypt alongside other affiliations has made him a trusted and beloved Politian, not only in his country but across his region and the world.

Amre Moussa entered history as one of the foremost personas who have assumed the pyramid of Egyptian Diplomacy in an honorable and effective manner. He served as the Ambassador of Egypt to India (1983-1986). Then he became the Permanent Representative of Egypt to the U.N (1990-1991), the Foreign Minister of Egypt (1991-2001) and the Secretary General of the League of Arab States (2001-2011).

Chairman of the 50-member Constituent Committee in 2014 entrusted with the drafting of a new constitution. The endorsed Constitution was adopted on January 18th, 2014.

Since 2018 till date, Amr Moussa is elected The Panel of the Wise (PoW), is one of the critical pillars of the Peace and Security Architecture of the African Union (APSA). H.E. Dr. Philippe Douste-Blazy

H.E. Philippe Douste-Blazy  was French Minister of Health from 1993 to 1995, before becoming French

Minister of Culture and Communication from 1995 to 1997.

In 2004, Philippe Douste-Blazy held the position of Minister of Health for a few months, before being appointed Minister for Social Affairs, Health, the Elderly, the Disabled and the Family. From this position, he initiated a reform of healthcare coverage with savings of 10 billion euros and forecasted revenue of 5 billion euros in three years.

In 2005, Philippe Douste-Blazy became the French Minister of Foreign Affairs where he founded UNITAID, an organization hosted by the United Nations, providing the world's poorest populations with access to preventative drugs, treatments, and health solutions for HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria. UNITAID’s resources are based on an innovative financing approach – one-euro contribution per airline ticket across 10 countries.

On 19 February 2008, Douste-Blazy was appointed by United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon as Special Adviser on Innovative Financing for Development, with the rank of UN Under-Secretary-General. From 2008 until 2009, he was a member of the High Level Taskforce on Innovative International Financing for Health Systems, co-chaired by Gordon Brown and Robert Zoellick. He is also the chairman of the board of the Millennium Foundation for Innovate Finance for Health, he served in this position for 9 years. Since 2019, he is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of UNITLIFE.
