The Chairman of IWB Mr. Rashad Shawa and IWB Board Member H.E. Mr. Francois Fillon the Former Prime Minister of France and Mr. Wael El Zein Chairman of Lucid Bank & Primis Investment in Switzerland ( IWB Financial Advisors) met in London with Mr. Michael Magliana Senior Managing Director of Macquarie Capital and Mr. Alex Kornman Senior at Macquarie Capital Equity Investment discussing the cooperation between the two sides in the investment and finance of the water sector. Macquarie Bank is the world’s largest infrastructure investment bank. Macquarie Capital and IWB signed an NDA and finalizing the foundation of the mutual cooperation between the two groups in water projects globally were both sides can benefit tremendously from this cooperation as they can complement each other in their area of expertise that can and will be a unique partnership in that regard. The first cooperation between the two sides will be working on the project to build the world’s largest desalination plant with storage tanks on board a large VLWC ( very large water carrier) the project that belongs to Mai Resources International ( Switzerland) AG with cooperation with TWC in Paris France that will be beneficial for MAI and IWB shareholders.
